Arch Wireless took over Pagenet and changed the current terms of the contract, thus renewing without approval from it's customers. After canceling my service, Arch continued to bill me. I thought we'd settled on a payment, which wasn't even warranted, never-the-less, I wanted to be done with them. They took my money, and sent me to collections anyway! Acclaim sees that I have closed out but refuses to remove my negative credit rating. The utter unfairness is shocking. How they get away with this kin of financial abuse is deplorable.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

I called this company because they have reported to the credit agency of collections. I have never used this compnay before. The lasy that answered the phone at first was very polite. After the second phone call she informed me that I was wasting her time because she could not find it. When I asked her to speak with the manager she yelled at me and hung up. I would still really like to speak to some one.
