LINDSAY ACURA….I received about 4k less than I wanted out of the vehicle, however they negotiated with the brand new purchase price of a new (600 miles) TL. I test drove the car that morning, went to the bank for the check and went back after about 5 hours and gave the sales man the check, keys and signed warranty paper work. Once I got in the car I wondered why they cleaned new carpet? And it had a slight odor, it was about 40 degrease outside so I turned the heat on when I was getting onto 270 and the smell started to get worse and worse. I called the sales man on the way home and told him that I need to get this smell out of the car and scheduled an appointment to get it taken care of. I go back the following Tuesday and the “detailers” “cleaned” the car again. They sprayed an odor eliminator spray, that’s it. Another 24 hours the smell was back. So instead of driving 150 miles round trip to go back to Lindsay, I took the car to a local dealership here in Dublin that I have done business with before. One of the detailers I knew from previous work, came up to me and said sir, there is vom*t under the front passenger seat. I felt so embarrassed, bringing a brand new car to a dealership that I was known at for vom*t under the front seat. I brought the car back for the first oil change to Lindsay to speak with the manager about this, I showed him the receipt and told him I wanted the $200 dollars that I spent on something that should have been cleaned the first time let alone the second. He proceeded to tell me that he could not do that and wished I brought the car back, and I explained to him that I did and they just sprayed odor eliminator in it. Besides the vom*t…I never received the second key, received no compensation, the window regulator was making noise and the subwoofer was turned off, once I learned how to turn it on it was blown. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My wife and I just bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe from Lindsay Acura and we couldn't be happier with the level of service we received there. The sales staff was extremely helpful and not pushy or manipulative like most car salesmen I've encountered in the past. We were very pleased with the dollar amount given for our trade-in (twice as much as CarMax). For a high-end dealership selling us a less-expensive used car, we received royal treatment. I can't imagine how well they treat those customers who buy new Acura vehicles there! This dealership gets my approval, and we shopped around quite a bit. Be sure to check them out!
