GORGEOUS HAIR AND MORE

I was a new customer here, family had been going to Hair Artists for a long time, but I was set in my ways. I had really long hair, and I was considering cutting it to donate to locks of love, but being very emotional about my hair I wanted it done right. So I called Debbie at Hair Artist and asked if they were a locks of love salon, and they were so I made the appointment. I was apprehensive about cutting so much of my hair, but Mitzi and everyone in the salon were certain I would love whatever they did. Now we did end up taking off more than the required 10 inches, which scared me alot when she suggested it. But I am know a faithful repeat customer, because they were all wonderful. You can trust they won't let you walk out looking foolish. I have since had more compliments on my beautiful hair, and I owe that to everyone at Hair Artists.

Exactly as promised! AWESOME hair stylists!!! Worth the money!

I just moved to Columbus, and after reading reviews, I decided to give Hair Artists a try. The price was a tiny bit higher than what I wanted to pay ($40) but I figured it was worth the money for a good cut. Sure enough, it was amazing!! My new stylist was friendly and spent a good amount of time telling me what she planned to do with my hair, and why. I have very thick, wavy/straight hair which needs heavy layering and thinning, so she cut most of my hair dry after shampooing and semi-styling it. I've had haircuts where you can barely tell the difference, since my hair is so thick the layers blend together, but not in this case. My cut is beautiful and modern, with a lot of texture, but also easy to manage at home.

I immediately felt comfortable when I walked in; the receptionist offered me coffee or tea and had me fill out a questionnaire that asked about my activity levels (athletic, etc), what I wanted to do with my hair, what type of hair I had, problems I've had in the past, how major of a change I wanted, etc etc. I love that they were so detailed to make sure your stylist knew EVERYTHING about you and your hair.

Appointments are easy to schedule--they were able to get me an appointment within 45 min of calling to set one up that day! The salon is easy to find off of Polaris Pkwy, with ample parking. I saw kids (about 10-13yrs) getting awesome haircuts at the same time as my own. HIGHLY recommended!

• Pros: Friendly & warm environment, easy to find, ample parking, good for all ages, VERY talented stylists, good at interpreting what you want!
• Cons: My stylist doesn't work on weekends.....but DOES work until 8pm a few nights a week to fit with your schedule

AMAZING SALON

Decided to give Hair Artists a try after reading the many positive reviews on Citysearch, and I could not have been happier with my decision. From the moment you walk in the door everyone there is calling you by your name and welcoming you as if it is their home. The customer service is awesome!! and even better is the experience of the hair stylists working there. I am so happy with both my cut and color done by Autumn, I am already counting down the days to my next visit!!

Super staff & great ambiance!

I always feel welcome when I walk in--everyone is eager to greet me and make me comfortable. Stylists are professional and yet very friendly and warm. My cut and color always look great! I was not a "salon" type of person, but after my first visit to Hair Artists I felt welcome and relaxed about my visits. This is a low-pressure, high-energy salon with ambiance and personality that keeps me coming back!

Great Salon

I have gone to Hair Artists for over 12 years. As a client you are always met with a warm inviting welcome with an offer for coffee or tea and maybe something to entice the palate. I would strongly recommend Hair Artists to anyone that is looking to update his or her style. A priority for the owner (Cindy) is to have a staff that is highly educated on the latest trends, styles and color tecniques. Along with these skills the stylists have also been trained to be very attentive listeners so the two of you find the look that best suits your face and style that you can keep looking great until your next visit.

The Best Salon in Columbus!

I have gone to Hair Artists for many years and still love it as much as the first time I walked in. My hair cuts and color always look current or ahead of the newest styles. The stylists are always going to training to keep current with the changing times and this really shows. Over the years, I have had my hair cut short-short and then have grown it out long. Even during all my many transitional phases, they always make me look like it is meant to be that way and not a growing out phase. Every woman knows that this is no small feat!

Their hair product selection is great. They make sure that when you leave the salon, you have all the tools and techniques that you need to keep the style looking great until your next visit.

I would strongly recommend Hair Artists to anyone who is looking for a change or who hasn't found "the right" salon for them. The stylists will help you find the look that best fits your face as well as your life style. They are wonderful with choosing a cut, color or both, that will bring out all your best features and hide those that you would like to disappear! You really do feel and look like a million bucks when you leave there.

I've been a client at Hair Artist for 20 plus years and from the moment you walk into the salon you feel welcomed and relaxed. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and professional! I never worry about how my hair cut and/or color will turn out because my stylist knows my hair and styles it to suit my face shape and personality. I trust her judgement and expertise 110%!!! My stylist takes the time to show me how to reproduce my hair style on my own using the best hair products in the business. I get compliments about how cute my haircut is and asked where do you get your hair cut? I always say, "at The Best Salon in town... Hair Artist!!!"

I have been going to this shop for about 20 years. I love the atmosphere. They are always professional. I never hear them being disagreeable or talking amongst themselves about other patrons or each other. This creates a very relaxing, stressless experience. Everyone is extremely friendly and concerned about your wishes and needs. I have never been unhappy with any service and get so many compliments when I return to work and home. Thank you Cindy and everyone.

The Place to go for the best personalized color, style and cut!

I have had my hair style designed at Hair Artists for over 20 years and the best compliment to the salon is the number of people who continually ask me "who does your hair?" The owner goes to extreme length to continually educate her staff on the latest trends in style, color, cut and what's best for the client! It's a beautiful establishment with a warm and caring professional staff. You can pick your own hair artist, or if one is selected for you, you can be assured that your experience and result will be as good as the next client's. It is a great experience as the salon also offers many other ammenities!

Best Salon in Columbus

This is the most amazing salon in Columbus! The salon techs are all so highly educated on all of the latest hair techniques, color, styles, etc. The owner continues to educate each and everyone of her associates in all the latest ideas. This is a very warm and comforting salon, each and every person is made to feel very welcome and at home. You are greeted with a beverage offer, always home made cookies and treats are offered and nothing is too much to ask for. There are the latest shampoos and products available for purchase and these products are used in the salon in addition. The owner - Cindy Cox is one of the most professional women I have met.
