Beautiful work. I got my car detailed (to celebrate it's final payment). They picked it up exactly when promised and brought it back shiny and beautiful at exactly the time they were supposed to.
Pros: service, work, convenience

Great place to get a quick, professional oil change and car wash. The techs are very friendly and professional. They do all the small things that most places don't. For example, they show you your old air filter and show you the new one they're installing. They check all lights, signals, etc. It's a fair price for a good service. If you want to get a good quality oil change and not waste 3 hours of your life (anyone ever go to Walmart to get an oil change?...), then this is the place for you. Heck, you can even sit in your car while they do their work.
Pros: professional, trained, fast
Cons: sometimes there's a small line, and they tend to close a little early

In comparison...expensive, since all they do is wash the outside of your vehicle and, many times my entire vehicle is not completely cleaned. For only $5 more you can get the whole package (i.e. wash, vacuum inside, inside windows cleaned, body wiped dry manually, etc.) at another nearby full service car wash. Yes, Ron's has the self-help vacuum's but for what they charge, that should be included by staff. Oil changes are the highest prices I've seen anywhere, even with a free "partial" car wash. When living in, of all places, Southern California, with a coupon I could the "The Works" for $4.95!! The staff are ALWAYS very nice, just wish they'd provide an "Full Service" option.

Cons: More coupons more frequently and don't let them expire so soon!! This is "OHIO", it can rain for several days at a time!

Ron's prices are the same as other oil changes in the Columbus area and each customer receives a free carwash with every oil change. The employees that I spoke with, and they were all very friendly and personable, were certified oil technicians by the American Oil Change Association. The carwash was quick, easy and left my car with more shine then any other carwash that I have ever used period. I especially like that I could upgrade my free carwash to the carwash that gave the most focus to my wheels and tires. They looked showroom new. I have never had that result at any other carwash ever. Their lowest price carwash ($8) is the same price that gas station carwashes charge with a fill up. Their other two carwashes were $10 and $15, great value. As a woman, I found nothing but respect and care. They went over everything very professionally and thoroughly to ensure I knew what they were doing. The technicians even let all customers watch while they work. Never has another oil change let me do that. I was in and out of the oil change around 10 minutes and the carwash in about 3 minutes, great. Finally I have found a professional, welcoming place in the Columbus area. They said they have another location in Powell as well. I 100% highly recommend any Ron's location.
