I have lived at York Terrace North now for about a year. The staff is really nice and maintenace responds normally within 12-24 hours . The rent is also affordable. My one complaint is our AC unit does not work as good as I think it should.
Pros: Concrete / brick structure which is sound and sound proof
Cons: The bed rooms are by the parking lot and sometimes noise can be heard
