Amazing Moving Company! Will use again!

Leaders did an amazing job! No high pressure sales and their employees worked with me to come up with an accurate flat price from the things I needed them to move. Their price actually decreased at the time of the move because I moved some of the items myself. Their movers were punctual, courteous and extremely cautious; they put some sort of protective mats on my floors and door frames and went to work. They carefully cleared out my entire first and second floor non-stop and then took a 15 minute break and cleaned out my basement. Seeing all the items leave certainly showed me I accumulated a lot of junk over the past 4 years in that townhouse. At the new house they brought everything in and placed it exactly where I wanted, good thing I don’t know how I would have gotten some of those items upstairs. I’m certainly glad I didn’t try to do all that myself, just watching them work made me tired. Their free box program was another bonus, I put a deposit down on the boxes I needed and when I was done returned them for a full refund. That saved me a ton of money, and time collecting boxes!!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company!

I would not recommend Anyone to Hire Leaders

Leaders Moving offered a quote over the phone and then after the move more than doubled the amount owed. They are careless with your stuff and intentionally do not offer you packages that will save you money. Women should especially watch out if they are moving on their own. This company will does everything it can to rip you off!!

Would not recommend for many reasons...

Quotes based on object names and estimated # of boxes. Trucks didnt stop at weigh stations along the way--so, charges were based on phone estimate--not on actual weight or size.

Credit cards or checks arent accepted and moves require cash or money order, 1/2 payment upon pick-up/other 1/2 payment upon delivery. Although told no problem for a quote for a move to KY, upon further investigation on the DOTs web site, it appears that they are only licensed to do moves within Ohio!

Movers struggled with several larger pieces (which I explained during the quote I was told "no problem".) Movers seemed in a hurry; also damaging the bottom trim of an armoire (a little wood glue should fix that). Also scuffed some walls in my apartment with the washing machinealso saying 'some wet towels should get that off.' No offer to repair/file a claim was made.
