Stylists are SNOBBY yet produce AWFUL results.

Aside from the pretty exterior, I really hated everything about this place. The employees were very condescending and snobby! I felt like they expected a "thank you" just for letting me see them! They also have colorists separate from the stylists, which was alarming. Most stylists are comfortable working with your hair once they get to know it, but with this set-up, you risk it twice. I'm NOT asian, and the colorist fried my hair to the point where it became gummy and so fragile it just broke off! I went home shaking, afraid my hair was going to completely disappear. I have long hair, so it was quite a loss. The bleach she used was too strong or left on way too long. My hair ended up a greenish/orange color and I had to go elsewhere for help. What a nightmare. So, between the staff's attitudes, my terrible treatment, and awful results, I will NEVER step foot in here again.

• Cons: Expensive, Staff had bad, disrespectful attitude, Lack of training or experience!!!

Asians should not go for chemicals

I don't think they have many experience of Asian hair. Hair cuts were good, but their high lights made my hair horrible! They said they cannot have my hair permed when I ask them to do so (they tested with a piece of my hair and it did not work well), whch is good, they were honest. They should tell me that they don't have good skills of hair color on Asian (I asked when I called them at the first time, but they said "no problem!")

Anyway, cuts were still good for Asian and all of my caucasiun friends who had been there loved them for everything they did.

Yes Lorraine rocks! I got a bad cut and Lorraine fixed it beautifully. She give up to date styles and she's highly skilled. I think the price is very good for her expertise.

Lorraine Rocks!

Lorraine is a fabulous stylist! I have never had someone take so much time making sure my cut is so precise. She never rushes and always makes sure to listen to what I am looking for. She is top notch! However, the price is pretty high (approx $60 without tip). I must add though, I have been here for color before and was not impressed (they have different people for color vs. hair cuts). My highlights bled at the roots. It was very difficult trying to get someone to fix it too and you have to dry your own hair when you only get color. I had to write a letter and call a manager to get results.

Do not go anywhere else in Columbus. Makes Charles Penzones services look awful!!! They were so nice and my hair looked great!!!

Sherrie highlighted my hair and Roxanne cut it - and it's gorgeous!! My hair is very dark and very thick, and they were still able to do my hair perfectly! I highly recommend it! It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it!

Wow!

Lorraine is magnificent!!! One of the best in the biz. I highly recommend her expertise to anyone searching for a stylist. A little pricey, but well worth it.
