Valet will damage your car. I let the valet park my new vehicle and ended up with extensive bumper/fender damage. The hotel says that once you leave they lot they are not responsible for any damage they may have done and refuse to even investigate. They have recorded security cameras in their valet lot but refuse to review them.…

Nicest hotel in Columbus. Don't be confused, there are two Hyatts in downtown Columbus. You want the Hyatt on Capitol Square. It is pricey but the best in town.
Best Hotel in downtown Columbus!! A+++. This hotel is great for a business traveler or even a great weekend getaway hotel. I have stayed at both Hyatts in Columbus and this is the best one by far. The service is better, the food is better, and the rooms are MUCH better. This hotel also offers a Regency club which is a great upgrade value. There was quite a bit to do in the area too. We were also able to enjoy the largest Sunday buffet that I have ever seen in my entire life...WOW!!!…
