Was in for our lunch hour a few weeks ago...was seated and greeted promptly. I ordered a burger, and my wife ordered soup and salad (we intentionally ordered something fast, because we where about 10 minutes from our offices) ...then...nothing. 15 minutes go by, and we start seeing others being served, that ordered after us. I asked another wait person to send ours out (havent seen him once since ordering), and informed him what was happening, and our time issue. He said he would check on our order right away. 10 minutes later, we see more and more people getting their meals that ordered well after us, and some were full blown dinner entrees with sides. I asked for our wait person again, and asked him what the problem was...how others can be served full meals, but we have to wait 25 minutes on a single burger and soup? I also asked to speak to the manager. He said he would send the manager right out, and go check on our order. 10 minutes later, no food, and no manager. We then saw people who were seated after us, getting ready to leave, so at this point, we figured we join them, and left. On our way out, the host says, "Thanks for choosing Damons, please come again." where I informed him that we weren't even served, and that we would never be back.
Pros: None...I perdict this location will close soon.
Cons: They dont serve food, and dont care either.
