Owners & members walk around acting big but lifting small weight. Equipment is inferior (i.e., synthetic strap (not proper cable) lat pull downs that are set for short people & bottom out for me (I am 5-11), no deadlift station, a lot of pointless equipment). On the plus side they have a bodymasters leg press (the only reason I worked out there) & the toilets flush automatically. I deadlifted there & was told to deadlift quietly (My last deadlift was 455lbs 5 reps & my personal best with a witness is a 575 lb single) so that does not go up & down quietly. I now own my own gym so I know what I am talking about. Postscript - Overheard several bodybuilders that were in town for the Arnold Classic one weekend whisper to each other - This place is a joke! I couldnt agree more.
Pros: Bodymasters leg press, auto flush toilets, a lot of mirrors
Cons: big attitudes, small everything else, pointless equipment
