TERRIBLE customer service. I chose this place because it was close to work and home. I walked in, waited ... waited, finally she came out and when I said I was there to have three pairs of slacks tailored she suggested that I take my clothing down the street to the dry cleaner for alterations. She was very rude and not friendly whatsoever. Why on Earth would I take my slacks to the dry cleaner when I came to a professional tailor for service? I cannot see how this woman can turn away business with that kind of attitude. Find a tailor elsewhere.

Good luck with customer service at this business. The first phone call should give customers a clue to the atmosphere of this business. Very rude, interupting staff, not helpful what-so-ever. Go elsewhere.
