Apartments are very nice and very reasonably priced. They management staff (landlords) are the best I have ever dealt with. They are very friendly and extremely helpful. They obviously care about their tendants. It is also a very safe, quiet area and the landscaping is nicely done! I would recommend people to Water's Edge.
Pros: Nice and quiet
Cons: A little pricy living by yourself but a lot cheaper than other places
