Absolutely the best service I've ever had.

All printer/copier/fax dealers seem to say they offer the best service, but none ever seem to follow through. My sales rep is very professional and their service techs never let us down. Plus, if I don't need a tech, I can call their support center and they walk me through it.
Pros: Great machines, Great service, Easy to work with
Cons: None that I've seen
