Great customer service

I am an employee of Accelerated Moving & Storage and felt compelled to respond to this bogus blog. Our company has a well-respected national reputation and stellar track record of success. I would like to let anyone viewing this web site know that we "never" had a relocation for whomever posted this blog on 12/02/07 as rnadna . What is "mysterious" is that someone would take the time to fabricate this story. There was no move, no damage, no samples, no furniture and no heirlooms - nothing. Anyone who knows Todd Wilson or our company knows our level of professionalism and commitment of customer service. I am extremely proud to work here at Accelerated and was told about this site and wanted to set the record straight. We have a prestigious list of "real" customers and references which can be viewed at our website. Thank You.

Moving nightmare

I've moved 7 times, 5 times interstate, and my move with Accelerated Moving has been the absolute worst experience. I used this company to move both my lab and my home. The main problem was that the owner, Todd Wilson, is a money-grubbing, psychotic mental case. He boasts his company "is not like any other moving company." This is so true! He will not give you a bill-of-lading, or receipt unless you ask for it and will let you know you you're being a nuisance for asking. I had research samples which were supposedly moved and stored on dry ice. However all the samples (over 200) which were tested and perfectly fine before the move, "mysteriously" degraded during the move. For my home move, they lost an office chair, and two boxes of family heirlooms. While they compensated me for the office chair, the heirlooms were irreplaceable. On positive note, the actual movers were very friendly and helpful but Mr. Wilson's temper and arrogance made for the most stressful move in my life.
