This is the place to go for a simple pub meal out. I'd recommend the fish & chips. Have a pint and pretend you in Londontowne - overall atmophere & service is good.

Despite the other reviews, I found this to be a great spot for a good meal. The fish and chips arguably the best in the city. It has the Cheers(tv show) atmosphere to it. The staff was very polite. I would reccomend this place to anyone I meet. I went to the high street location.

I was sorely disappointed! I had the Fish and Chips, Long Johns does a better job. The place was empty and I see why. People raved about it so I tried it and I will tell everyone I know NOT to go there. The waitstaff was rude and DIRTY, Hard Road location, and the service was weak. People who compare this to English Pubs have never been to a real Pub. I can't believe how bad this place was!!

This place has the best fish and chips. The appetizers are awesome love the fried pickles. Dont know how anyone could not like this place. Great Prices!!!!

My girlfriend and I stopped by the Westerville location. The food was aweful. Her medium steak was crispy and I had to cut the black burnt stuff of my salmon to make it edible. We both finished our drinks halfway through dinner (we ate at the bar), but were never offered any seconds. The bartenders it seems was too busy fussing over the restaurant manager who was sitting next too us having a few too many in her own establishment. Definitely one of the worst dining experiences of my 40 year life!!!

If I die and go to heaven, I hope there is a Bag of Nails Resturant there!!! Was introduced to this establishment by a friend and it is one of my all time favorite places to eat.
- Pros: Food is very good. I could eat the potato soup and house salad everyday. Like the bigger building in Gahanna.
- Cons: Small building on Nelson and E. Broad.

The prices here may be a little expensive but they are definately worth it for the food that you get. I would recommend the Fish and Chips and the Burgers because they are both delicious and perfectly done. For an appetizer, try the fried pickles! You won't be sorry!

I LOVE Old Bag of nails! Their pub style food and atmosphere is awesome, and their fried pickles are TO DIE FOR! Be sure to try them as an appetizer. The entire menu here is good, and extremely reasonably priced. Great beers on tap, and a nice place to hang out with friends.

I've eaten here several times and the food is always excellent!
They are known for their fish and chips dinner. I especially enjoy the scallops and chips dinner. The fries are fine but I like the potato pancakes even better. Costs only 50 cents to get these.
We've never had a bad meal here.
Service is always great.
Now that Worthington is non-smoking, the atmosphere is great, too.

this is a fantastic little restaurant in the heart of Worthington.
the waitstaff is very knowledgeable, and the food is excellent! if you have a chance, sit at the bar and let yourself be entertained by the banter of one of the best barkeeps in the Columbus area.
i enjoy the steaks, the burgers, and the fish and chips. the food is great, and there is plenty there to eat.
for dessert, dont forget the fried snickers!
