Ok, Here's the deal. I lived in Chicago only for a short 3 years. The biggest thing about the Chi is the food. I love a cago style dog. mmm nothing better. Wholly Joes is based off of the Chicago based Portillo's Hot Dogs However, this place can not compare. Now, Joes is a resturant but A Chicago style it is not. If you've never eaten Chicago food you wont know the difference. You'll believe it great because it is different. Dont get me wrong my first visit I met the owner, very nice man but its been about two to three years since that first visit and I have not returned. I would rather fly or drive to Chicago for the real thing and Yes, Ive dont that multible times. If maybe they would try to use what everyone uses in chicago it be a great place to eat. Like the same meat and also use only the fresh ingredients. Well, thats my view on it.
