Best waxing service ever

I just went to Elena for a bikini wax, and she far surpassed anyone else I've visited! (I signed up for a city search account just so I could write this review!) She made the whole process as painless as possible: she's fast and very experienced! She also meticulously follows good hygene practices: wears gloves, never double-dipped popsicle sticks into wax, etc. (You'd think this should be obvious, but I've had aestheticians who don't do this-I don't return to those businesses.) I would definitely recommend Elena and the 4 seasons day spa to anyone!

The 4 Seasons Day Spa is the place to go if you wan to recieve the best facials and waxing. I have always had problems with breaking out and oily skin. Elena found the products that actually work!!! I also love the autmosphere and special attention that you get by visiting this special spa...its the best!

1st Time Brazilian Wax experience with Elena was great

I went in for my first Brazilian wax expecting to have to use the Lamaze breathing and focus techniques I learned for childbirth, but Elena did such a good job that I shouldn't have worried at all. A little tweak here and there, but no real pain. And no embarassment- those little paper panties just make you feel more confident. Elena is just as sweet and caring as everyone else has said- I wil go back, and plan to try her facial services, too.

Great Facials

I have very dry skin, and I had never had a facial before. A friend recommended Elena, and she is wonderful. She pays a lot of attention to detail. My skin looked radiant and healthy, so much so that I am not wearing makeup. The skin care line she recommends is excellent.

Extremely Satisfying Experience

I am always extremely satisfied after leaving Elena's. I only started going to her about 5 months ago. I wanted a brazilian wax before my wedding and was so concerned about the pain. I had read a few reviews from people saying Elena was awesome so I decided to try her out. I really only planned on getting it done for the wedding and then stopping, but I'm now back every month. Since I haven't been waxed by anyone else, I don't know how painful it can be. I wouldn't say it is painless, but it isn't nearly the trauma that I had built it up to be in my head.

I also had my eyebrows done for the wedding. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for over five years. I've been to a lot of places and had some good results and some bad, but the first time my husband (then fiancee) noticed that my eyebrows had changed was when I went to Elena. I knew when he commented on how good they looked that she was truly unique.

I recently had my first facial. I wasn't sure what to expect and honestly I didn't believe the results would really be anything noticeable. The rest of the day after the facial my skin was mostly red and a little bumpy and shiny, probably because my skin is so sensitive and I have a lot of breakouts. However, the next morning I couldn't believe how amazing it looked. My breakouts were basically gone and my skin was soft and smooth. I really can't believe just one facial had such an effect.

Elena herself is always so attentive and sweet. She's easy to talk to even though she's clearly focused on what she's doing. She always asks me about my concerns and recommends things for me to try. She really believe in the products she carries without being pushy. She has yet to steer me wrong. I would recommend her to anyone no matter what your skin problem!

I move frequently and so I'm always having to find a new waxer. I chose Elena after reading great reviews and she is my favorite by far! Her salon has such a nice atmosphere and she makes you feel so comfortable. Elena is so sweet and does such a great job. I would recommend her to anyone!

Best Waxing Service

Elena offers the best waxing service I have ever experienced. Her technique makes brazilian bikini waxes almost painless, and she uses great products. She charges less than many of the major salons in Columbus, and does a better job. She is also very kind and fun to talk to.

Elena is a wonderful esthetician, very professional and highly skilled. She uses the best products and her space is both beautiful and calming.

My skin looks so much better since I began seeing Elena and the facials are a very relaxing and rejuvinating.

I have not had professional skincare for years due to my sensitive skin.I am glad that I decided to try 4 Seasons Day Spa. Elena knows how to give you the best care and products for your skin type. The products are all natural and work in harmony with your skin. She is always on time with a beautiful smile on her face. Elena makes you feel special and is very professional. She is a credit to her profession. She is passionate about her work and bringing out the beauty in her clients. I always look forward to my monthly skin care appointments.

Elena is wonderful!

I moved back to Columbus in November from Houston, TX. I was so nervous I wouldn't be able to find someone in this city who understands skin care as well as Rachel did in Houston. I went to two other places in Columbus before being referred to Elena by a good friend. I am SO glad I found her! She truly is fantastic.

She really caters to your skin care needs, and listens to any concerns or questions you might have regarding your skin. She is such a great find.

She is easily accessible no matter where you live in Columbus, and her spa is so tranquil and relaxing. I always feel at ease when I visit Elena for my lip and eyebrow wax.
