Wonderful experience

I just moved to Columbus from Seattle and found Elena through Citysearch. She did a great job waxing and she made me feel very relaxed and comfortable right away. If anyone else is new to Columbus, I would definately recommend Elena.

Great place for facial, Eye-brow waxing and at-a-resort type

I have been going to Elena's Beauty Salon for a few months now. Not only has she done a fantastic job on my face (as well as my husband's) and eye brows, she has this soothing therapeutic massage and technique that is so relaxing that I felt that I was at the best resort area, and I have actually fallen asleep a few times on the facial table/bed. The treatment is worth every dime paid. And it is true that Elena treats her customers as extended family. Good job Elena.

What a great experience to be papered and cared for by Elena! She is a great professional and a wonderful person. Her personalized approach offers an in-depth knowledge about selected product lines she uses coupled with her sincere concern for her customers. Talk about being in good hands - both literally and figuratively.

A wonderful spa experience

Elena and her spa are wonderful. She's a true professional, and looking forward to one of her facials often gets me through a work week. I know that she'll take her time and use quality products. After a facial, my skin looks great, and I feel relaxed and refreshed!

It is very important to me to take all the needed time with each client without rushing in order to assure that all of my clients' needs are met and all the questions are answered. I want the clients feel relaxed and at leiserue in my salon and at least for a short time forget about the pressures of the outside world.

Awesome skin care!

I have been going to Elena for a few years now and I hope that I never have to look for anyone else to do my facials and eyebrow waxing. She does such a wonderful job and really cares about her work. She takes her time and tries to make you feel as relaxed and cofortable as possible. Elena just did a 90min facial for me and I could not have asked for better service. Everything she does is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone!! Imagine- waxing that doesn't hurt!!!

I know how painful waxing could be. Over the years and with my European training I've developed a special technique to minimize the pain associated with waxing. It's very rewarding to hear from my clients that it works so well.

Elena is Excellent!

It's always such a treat to go see Elena for a skin care service. She is always so professional, and she makes you feel pampered. The Day Spa is easy to get to, and being in Elena's room is like going on a mini-vacation where you can relax and forget about everything. I highly recommend visiting the 4 Seasons Day Spa to meet Elena and get a wonderful skin care service.

It gives me great satisfaction when customers who are coming to my salon can completely relax, often they can forget about outside pressures and worries at least for a short time. Several people told me that they feel like they are on 'mini-vacation' at my place and it makes me very happy.

Superb Services!

I have been a regular waxing and facial client of Elena's for 4 years now. She is a fabulous esthetician. Her facials are very relaxing and leave your skin glowing. Her waxing skills are the best I have ever experienced. 4 Seasons Day Spa is in a convenient location inside Salon Lofts on 5th Avenue. Even though I have moved to Cleveland, I visit Elena in Columbus at every chance I get. Elena is very friendly and has a soothing demeanor. I recommend Elena to all my friends!

I have been going to Elena regularly for three years, and every time I leave completely satisfied. She is very friendly and most importantly very professional. She has a product line she recommends, Phytomer, it is a marine based cosmetic line, it has moisturizing creams, anti-aging creams, cleanser, immune boosters etc...she is very knowledgeable about products she uses, but there is no pressure to buy it. Her prices are reasonable, her office is beautiful and cozy, her personality is great and her service is awesome...what else would one need?!

Most Awesome Facial & Eyebrow waxing service

Elena is so gifted at her art of wonderful facials and eyebrow waxing. My Mother and I love to visit her . She is the Eyebrow Queen! (We've been other places but no other place has been able to do such a wonderful job of shaping of our eyebrows!) Her facials will be so ultimately relaxing you will be amazed, I must worn you it could be addictive! Her personality is as beautiful as she is, and she is more than willing to teach you how to keep your skin looking great! If you really want to treat yourself or someone special, such as your Mom, to a totally relaxing treat then go see Elena!

She has even assisted my son with acne issues - she knows her stuff!

To me eyebrow waxing is like art. No two are the same - each one is shaped to the individual face to bring the best in appearance. Many of my clients get complimented on their appearance after eyebrow waxing and this makes me very happy.

Best facial service in the Columbus area

I first became a client of Elana's at a previous salon, just for eyebrow waxing. I never had a problem afterwards (for example redness because the wax was too hot). I followed her to Salon Lofts where she took the time to explain about the facial services she offered and why she chose her product line. I was convinced to try her facial services and have been a regular customer ever since. She is always professional and friendly and does treat her clients as extended family. After a recent Vie facial, she took the time to review some of the recent Vie training she'd been to so that I had more information on how the products worked. Her facials are always a great experience!

I really enjoy giving facials. Until I started using marine based natural line of PHYTOMER and Vie I researched several different lines. Almost three years ago it became my exclusive line. I really like this product because it is extremely effective and even the clients who decide to have their very first facial can usually see the immediate results.
