CAVEAT EMPTOR (buyer beware)

The other complaints on this site about this company are absolutely true down to the details about the degrading treatment of customers once the job has started. It would take us a book to list all the problems that we had, and as another member posted .... do not expect them to correct faulty workmanship or stand by their product. It's true that the president of this company has an extreme attitude problem and lies, hurls insults and basically treats his customers in a degrading fashion. They will request a large figure upfront and once that is secured, the nightmare starts. We stronly recommend staying away from this outfit at all costs, but if you choose to use them, beware!

Beautiful workmanship. We are very pleased.

We contacted them to remodel our basement. Our neighbor used them for a room addition and they recommended we call them. The salesman they sent out was a pleasure to work with. He had wonderful ideas for us. We had other basement companies out and they gave us a better layout for a lot less money than the others. We wanted drywall. The other companies tried to sell us fabric covered wall panels and ceiling tiles which we didn't want. The workers showed up every day and cleaned up after themselves. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling work.

Beautiful sunroom and patio project!

This company came to our house and gave us wonderful ideas. Our salesman was very knowledgable and creative. He looked at our back yard and then was able to come up with a design that fit in perfectly. The prices they quoted us were in line with others but we feel we got much more than offered by other companies. The sunroom they built looks like it was part of our original house. The workers showed up every day and kept everything very neat and clean. We were quite impressed with how organized they are. We wish these guys had done our garage. We highly recommend hiring them if you want a quality job!

Stay Away from Suncraft

DO NOT sign with Suncraft. They look nice up front, but they are horribly mean and angry people. They do not honor their word nor their guarantee. Their owner doesn't care what happens to you or your patio and he will rip your head off for asking anything. This mentality trickles down to their sales force (once they get their money)

If you should happen to try and use their "satisfaction guarantee" the answer is something like "no I don't think so."

If you should happen to be uphappy with the work, you'll need a lawyer to get it resolved.

• Pros: The workers were nice, the work was pretty good
• Cons: Doesn't honor guarantee, mean, angry owners and sales force, dishonest management

don't do it!! not with them!

We were attracted with the price they offered for what they said they would do. Unfortunately 2000 characters are not enough to list what they did wrong although they always had bad excuses prepared.

Some contractors they(suncraft) sent was very nice, but Suncraft does not treat you as customers. They actualy shout you on a phone if you say something they don't want to hear such as the door they installed does not latch. Be aware.

• Pros: nothing I experienced
• Cons: service. some work quality. and it is not the cheapest either.
