Don't waste your time

Went there over the course of a year for laser hair removal. Very unprofessional and a bit clueless. On more than one occasion I would show up and no one would be there. Technicians have very little knowledge about lasers. Would not recommend to anyone. Any by the way, some of the reviewers on this site work there, so take what they say with a grain of salt.

Either this post has us confused with a similar location or they are a competitor that enjoys posting negative comments. Here is how I come to that conclusion:

1. They claim our technicians have little knowledge about lasers. All of our Ohio Licensed Medical Aestheticians have been trained by the laser manufactures and our Medical Director and our nurse. The only people permitted to perform treatments have medical degrees and are fully licensed by the Medical Board of Ohio. I think they know more about lasers than this post.

2. Poster claims that they showed up and no one was there. Our practice is a medical practice set in a beautiful spa enviornment. We work strickly by appointments. Our medical staff has never missed an appointment that was scheduled to our knowledge. If we do find a conflict in scheduling we will always contact our clients the day prior to their appointment and find a time that works for both parties.

3. Why claim reviews were written by employees???

Great Medical Spa!

I went to Advanced Laser Skin Center for Botox, Juvederm, and Laser Hair Removal. Water and coffee is always offered for refreshments, and I am welcomed by smiling faces. Dr. Polen did an amazing job distributing my injections. He gave me a lot of information about the injections and that made me feel very comfortable and confident. Rose did my laser hair removal for underarms. I have only had 3 treatments, and I am already able to see and tell a difference. I would highly recommend Advanced Laser Skin Center to all!

• Pros: Beautiful Atmosphere, Welcoming Staff
• Cons: Parking is tight

Perfect place for relaxing

Great spa experience!

I had series of treatments at that place:LHR,Botox and facials. Amazing results,great experience,nice atmosphere.

Highly recommend ALSC.Knowledgeable estheticians,great doctor.

Best Laser Spa in Town!

ALSC is as beautiful as a real spa! I feel very relaxed & pampered when I am there! I have done laser hair removal treatments there several times & have found the experience successful & rewarding! I also use the Obagi facial creams & now have radiant skin that I get complemented on quite often! I love the staff & find them to be very knowledgeable & friendly & never pressure me to do treatments that I don't need. I recommend this place to all my friends!

• Pros: Ambience is like a real spa
• Cons: wish they offered massages too!

Great service and great results

I have had several procedures here from IPL to remove red spots on my face to laser hair removal of a few different areas. Each time the staff and doctor are professional and timely. I have had terrific results and am very pleased with how my skin looks after just a few treatments. I saw fast results on my acne with the Clenziderm products available and then I switched to the regular Obagi products and my skin was beautiful again. The laser hair removal has been my favorite as I rarely have to shave my underarms now and I no longer have hair on my upper lip and chin. I have never been pressured to try other treatments that I don't need or buy products that aren't right for me. They are knowledgable and answer any questions I have about those things as thoroughly as I need as well.

• Cons: parking is tight for a mini van
