I am impressed. I had never had the need for a private investigator and was referred to these guys by a friend. They met with me for an hour (at no charge) and discussed my needs and why I wanted an investigation done. They even gave me advice as to how to resolve the issue without shelling out a bunch of money. How many companies do you hear that from? I was not pushed aside because I am an individual. They treated me like I was a major client. Prior to moving on my case, they spelled out everything they were going to do and explained the fees for everything. The only thing left open was expenses, which is understandable. While they were working on my case, they stayed in contact with me to "keep me in the loop". I never had to call them to ask them what was happening. When the case was concluded, I met with them again. They showed me all of the surveillance footage, gave me a final report and then gave me a refund for the money they had not used. They told me exactly what they had found and what they did not find. They did not try to pull punches or sugar coat anything. Their final report was very detailed and well written. They did not use industry jargon and I was able to understand the report. If you need an investigation done, by all means, call this company. Their attention to detail and service is well above expectations.
