This movie was as good as the first one. Lots of excitement and energy throughout. The storyline was much like the first (of course) but still very enjoyable. The entire family would enjoy this movie. GO SEE IT!

Pretty much a continuation of the first one but, enjoyable and fast past. Lots of interesting twists and turns. Plus, it's good for all age groups.
Pros: Fast paced, interesting & good acting.
Cons: None.

The first movie was really good, even if it was a bit long. This sequel was good and about the right length. And a big thank you to Mr. Cages' costume person. He quit shopping at Walmart!

f you seen the first National Treasure you will enjoy this movie. Fast pass, did include some background information, suspense was great. Will buy it on DVD Pros: Different story line perfect for the second film.

I enjoyed the first movie very much, and I enjoyed book of secrets even more. Some complained that it was "stupid" or "pointless" but I knew going in to this movie that they I wasn't about to watch the next best actor award nominee on screen, I knew that I was going to be entertained with puzzles and logic. If you like to have fun and be thrilled with adventures derived from 1000 year old treasure maps watch this movie.
Pros: Entertaining, Interesting, Fun
Cons: Mt. Rushmore.....really? Sequal was scraping for hirtorical connections

Say, does anyone spell check? "Fast pass"? maybe he/she meant "fast paced". Oh well, to thte review: This version of National Treasure is not as good as tjhe first movie, but then again, it's hard for the sequel to a block-buster to out-do the original. The original cast returns, with Ed Harris capably providing the criminal/evil opponent this time around. Conspiracy theroists will love the whole idea of "The Book of Secrets", a tome passed down from US Presidents to their successors. The whole concept of a hidden city of gold in the Black Hills is a bit far fetched - especially since the people that built it apparently did so while it was under water... Expect the usual car-chase scene, as well as the usual "creepy-old-staircase-to-the tresasue. Saw this on Christmas Day. Comments from the group included, "It seemed to drag a bit now and then". All in all, not a bad movie. I wonder how many more acnient treasure the film-makers can dredge up from history?

This is very interesting movie. It is very enjoyable. it is totally time pass. It has also a message for the society. we all love it.
