save your time and money this place is caught in a bad time warp with the flowers to match, i agree with the review that said the flowers in the dumpster at Krogers are nicer. stay away and save your money...bad bad bad !!!

After interviewing several places to do my wedding flowers, I was thrilled to finally find Bloomtastic! The other places had great ideas, but were way too overpriced! When I met with Heather, our consultant, she took her time to really listen to what I was looking for, as well as what the style of our wedding was. She even sketched out my dress and my bridesmaids dresses so she had a "vision" of the wedding in her mind. (wow!) She was very careful to take the month of our wedding into consideration to be sure that the flowers we selected were in season, and thus, were less expensive for us. She truly catered to us in every way possible. We met on several occasions and she was incredibly flexible... she even helped us change part of the design until only a few weeks before the wedding. She was prompt in returning all emails and calls and never seemed bothered by my hundreds of questions! When the wedding day finally came, all of our bouquets were amazing. Mine was simply stunning, and I'm really wishing now that I had paid some extra money to have a company preserve my bouquet. Though the roses did wilt a little while they were outside in the August heat, I felt the bouquets were impeccably created, and the design was just like we discussed. Our altar arrangements (callas and curly willow) were simple and perfect. Our centerpieces for the reception were so unique and I received tons of compliments on them. When explained my ideas to Heather, she added some of her own expertise to design these awesome centerpieces. We had three small cylindrical vases of varying heights in the center. They had river rocks in the bases and roses submerged under water with a floating candle on top. All of this was sitting on a huge palm leaf. They were amazing. :) I've been so pleased with Bloomtastic's service that I would recommend them to anyone! If you are getting married, Bloomtastic really has the whole package!

This is the 1st time I have ever written a review like this, but I need to warn everyone how terrible this place is. Old flowers... bad design... and way over priced!!! I've seen nicer flowers in the dumpster at Krogers ( maybe thats where they shop ?)

Okay, so I put my foot in my mouth while simultaneously neglecting to remember my dear friend had just had major surgery. I knew I had to act quickly, and 'over-apologize' if there is such a thing. That's when I remembered having visited the good people at Bloomtastic florist to pick up an arrangement at the last minute for my Grandmother's funeral. That was over a year ago, and our family still gets compliments on the amazing arrangement Bloomtastic did for us. So there I was, stumped about what to do for my friend who needed a pick-me-up apology all the way out in Westerville. It was already 2pm and I sure as heck didn't want to fight traffic all afternoon, pick up some flowers, pick up a card, drive all the way to Westerville...Thank Goodness I still had Bloomtastic's number in my phone. And, you can imagine my relief to find out that not only did they deliver to Westerville, they would deliver Same Day!!! But how can I get a card? What about the personal touch? Amanda made it soooo easy. I sent her an email with my apologetic message filled with excuses and good wishes. Amanda asked about my friends tastes (modern, dramatic-if you asked me) And then she went to work creating something just absolutely perfect. The flowers included fushia gerbera daisies, red and yellow tulips and tropical greenery. The vase water was even colored to add a modern touch (perfectly matching my friends' described tastes). Talk about convenient, easy, quick and wonderful. Bloomtastic was all of that and more and I will certainly use them next time I put my foot in my mouth, or need to brighten someones' day (which probably needs brightened thanks to my putting my foot in my mouth!) Thanks, Bloomtastic! You guys are the best!

Pros: Wonderful display, same day delivery (affordable delivery rates!) Fresh Flowers for my tight budget!

I read the great reviews (& the bad ones) there were more good ones (probally fake made up good reviews) so I called and ordered a flower arrangement. It wasn't anything nice ,just "OK" at best .It didnt last past 3 days and the water looked dirty when it was delivered. I wouldn't use them again. shop elsewhere !

I called the day before valentines day and they were able to get the flowers to my wife in less than 24hrs and also kept it a surprise and I have called around and they were the only one able to do the job for me.

Pros: was time

I just had fresh flowers delivered to my wife in the hospital where our first child was delivered - we went through them for our wedding flowers as well. Their arrangements and flowers are very fresh and the staff is very able to help pick the very best. As an independent florist, they are superior to every other place I have seen. The timing of the delivery and the colors were perfect. Thanks for the great work, Bloomtastic!

Pros: high quality

Cons: a bit more costly, but a great value (you get what you pay for!)

I have been a loyal customer of Bloomtastic for 8 years. They have reasonable prices, fresh flowers, and the absolute best customer service. Heather and her employees are knowledgeable, friendly, polite and helpful. Every flower arrangement I've ordered has been stunningly beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Bloomtastic goes the extra mile for their customers. I would highly recommend Bloomtastic to anyone that needs flowers for any occasion.

Pros: All thumbs up!!! 8yrs of wonderful service and fresh flowers.

Save your time & money this shop does not deliver on their promises. The owner talks a good story when you meet with her, she sounds excited and enthusiastic. I was so disappionted with my wedding flowers. She did use what I picked out but there was no style re: the construction and no attention to the details on what was done. It looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. My wedding pictures are terrible. She told me she would meet me at the church but she didnt ...my flowers were set in a hallway in a box uncovered. The roses she used were very old looking and wilted. My centerpieces were the worst ever, they had about half of the amount of flowers she was supposed to have used, the were so small and dinky...I was very embarssed !!! I have read the great reviews she has on here (all written in a 3 week period) after the bad review she got on the 1st of november. Heather (the owner)I hope you see this review I know you had to make up all those great reviews..no one gets that great of a write up legitimately in a 3 week period... you made those up.. just like the lies you made up when you told me what you would do for me on my wedding. you wont see me again ! thank you
