The poor rating by the previous poster is completely untrue. The indivudual poster was related to another facility owner and was sent in specifically to create problems. There was never an inapropriate comment made by our tech, she is a respected professional. Ask any OB in Columbus Ohio who the best facility in the area is and they will tell you Ultrasona. We literally have over 50 OB's and several hospitals refer their patients to us. We also never give refunds it is against our policy, we have the best machine and best tech in Ohio. Our tech is a certified GE traininer and has traveled around across the US and Canada to train OB's and 3d Facilities on the appropriate use of 3d/4d. My husband and I went to Ultrasona extremely excited to see our baby boy. When we got there the person doing our ultrasound flirted with my husband the whole time. The pictures were horrible. You could barely make out our little boys face. I called back the next day to complain about the quality of the pictures and service we received. The woman that answered the phone was very rude. I tried to explain to her that we expected to at least be able to clearly make out our babies face for the amount of money we spent. After much distress and many phone conversations they finally agreed to refund our money.

What an experience, my husband and i just had our ultrasound and it was great, such a nice facility, leather couches in the waiting room, beutiful room for the ultrasound, with a HUGE TV, my husband loved that part. I was so happy, the pictures were really awsome too, we went in at 16 weeks and not only found out the gender, but really saw the baby, my husband actually cried! He never cries! I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone! Thanks, and we will be back later in the pregnancy!
Pros: Ambience, beutiful facility, staff was all very helpful and knowledgable
