Hi again to fellow review readers - Betsy and I really try and keep up with any reviews written about our stores. To the gal who noticed our smaller sizes; We always order sizes 0-14. Our greatest problem is keeping the larger sizes in stock! It can be very frustrating, we know, to walk into a fun store and NOT see your size. Many of the companies we carry are "cut to order" and it can be impossible to re-order sizes and styles when we sell out. That's part of the reason we call customers when sizes come in, however, as we always say, when they are gone...they are gone (this also helps with keeping everyone in the Columbus area from wearing the exact same thing) To address not having private mirrors: We choose to NOT put mirrors in the fitting rooms for a few reasons. First, we take customer service very seriously and letting our sales staff see what you're wearing helps us help YOU. Not to mention how many times we have seen customers come out of the dressing room with a top on as a skirt, a dress on backwards, or trousers that are three sizes too large. Most of the time they don’t know it and if they DIDN"T come out of the fitting room, there is a great chance that our customers wouldn’t know what was wrong and NOT purchase and item...we are here to help you feel beautiful and if it means literally dressing you, then that's what we will do. To address the gossip, we were saddened after reading this. We take it very personally and have addressed this with each member of our staff here at Cheesecake. We love our clients and consider all of our customers friends. We feel terrible about this and hope to make everyone who comes into our stores comfortable and at ease. We apologize sincerely for this and hope it doesn't hinder you coming back! I stopped in this week for my first time. The clothes are reasonable and the selection is good for the consumer who is a size 10 and smaller. This isn't a shop for larger ladies so I just want to make that pretty clear as most of the clothing seemed to be ranging from 4 - 10 that I could see, although several tops/tunics were in size large. The store is a wee bit small and I found the women catty. They talked about the women that came in and out of the shop whilst I was there, so I could only image what they said of me. I didn't like the fact that there were no mirrors in the dressing rooms and that you had to come out into the shop to look at the big mirror. I hate to feel like I am on "display" by doing this. I tend to want to shop privately but will take advice if I ask for it. I felt like every eye in the place was on me when I walked out of the dressing room. I did find the staff helpful with suggesting styles and obtaining sizes. I will probably go back as they had a smart selection of merchandise, but I wish they would make some improvements to what I mentioned as that would enhance my shopping experience much more.

Pros: Unique lines not found at other stores

Cons: Lack of mirrors in private dressing rooms and having to come out to main store to view large mirror in front of everyone in store.

This is one of my favorite boutiques - I travel a lot and I know most of them from coast to coast!! I love to shop here and at the Monkey Barrel Boutique in Urbana Ohio when I'm in state! The fashions at both places are like an exotic shopping experience.

I had visited the Dublin store about 6 months ago but didn't have time to try things on. I'm kicking myself for taking 6 months to go back. The staff was incredible - definately knew their merchandise and don't push things if they don't look great! Super fun and friendly place to shop. I have a horrible time finding jeans that fit and ended up buying two pair. What a gem to find a clothing store where you won't see yourself coming and going while still offerring such reasonable prices. After one visit, I know I'll be a regular - one thing for sure, I won't wait 6 months to shop Cheesecake Boutique again!

Pros: Everything

Cons: Having to control how much you buy!

I adore this store. I'm originally from the area, and although I now live in Manhattan (where there's no shortage of fabulous shops), I make a point to visit Cheesecake every time I come "home." Ashley and Betsy couldn't be sweeter, and their taste is exquisite. I always leave the place with a gem, whether it's a stylish little wrap dress or a cropped jacket. Cheesecake is right on par with anything I'd find in the city. Can't wait to go back. --Heather Morgan Shott

Wow! I can't believe the other poster and I visited the same store as I had a fabulous experience! When I arrived both Betsy and her assistant went way out of their way for me. They even went so far as to open a just arrived shipment from Tulle for me to look at. I had a lot of fun playing dress up while Betsy and her assistant made suggestions and critiqued my choices. The staff is very knowledgeable of their products and I enjoyed learning many interesting facts from them. They even accommodated my desire to purchase a sweater from the new shipment by quickly adding it into their inventory records. I'm so excited to have found a place with non-mainstream clothing at affordable prices. I will definitely be back soon and often.

I am one of the owners of Cheesecake Boutique and am shocked to see the bad review. I can speak for my business partner as well as our awesome staff - To whom ever wrote the review, we would LOVE to have a chance to make it right. We pride ourselves in superior customer service and in a world of retailers who "ignore" their customers we do our best to make every customer feel "at home" and comfortable in our stores. We can only hope that the writer of the review will read this and contact us in some way so that we can personally apologize for her bad experience. As far as our clothes being "out dated" - we strive to sell clothes that are quality, reasonably priced, as well as fit into the closets of the "everyday" woman. When we describe our store - we never say that we are the MOST fashion forward store on the block - however we are do our best to bring updated styles that represent the trends that our customers are looking for...the majority of our customers are mothers (working in and out of the home) and very few are looking to purchase the newest - flashiest - trendiest clothes. I was referred to this boutique by a friend, I could strangle her. I have never in my life been treated in such a horrible manner. When i walked in no one greeted me, then the person working there proceeded to look me up and down and gave me a look as if she disapproved of what i was wearing! I still was determined to at least look and see what they had to offer, again i was disappointed the styles looked tired and outdated. Overall disappointing experience, i will never go again.

I've been shopping in this city for over 20 years and have finally found the perfect store, Cheesecake Boutique...and no they don't sell cheesecakes. They have 2 locations (dublin) 38 n. high st and (grandview) 1382 grandview ave. The clothes are amazing, priced correctly and the service is to die for. I would recommend this place to any woman looking for a new wardrobe or that perfect piece to complete an outfit. Michelle in the Dublin location is amazing and Jessica in Grandview is top notch. GO THERE - YOU'RE SURE TO LOVE IT!

Pros: EVERYTHING!

Cons: parking can be a little tough but each store is directly across from a public parking lot!
