My wife and I would like to give Adam Kessler of Sports Conditioning Specialists a big kudos for keeping us on track with our exercise programs. Our family shares a life-long passion for scuba diving but as we got into our 50's it was becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with the physical challenges, particularly since we had grown to prefer the unstructured and unpredictable diving of Southeast Asia. Adam is highly trained and experienced and understands which strengths are required to perform high risk diving or any other sports activity that we would wish to pursue. Through individualized sessions three times a week our strength and endurance has increased dramatically. We plan to continue to work out at Sports Conditioning Specialists for as long as we continue diving; that would be indefinitely. Leigh J. Herman, M.D.
