This is a great Salon You need the RIGHT GIRL!. Im from California and Im a very very picky person when it comes to my hair. I have gone to another place in Pickerington and it was not what I call a salon more like a hair cut place. I have my favorite girl there that does a great job and I mean great job and I pay less then the "other Salon" and the high end places I use to go in California. Great Place. I have been going to this salon for years and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is a lot of fun but yet very professional and they really know their stuff. I feel very comfortable letting them advise me on what color would look good on me. I have to say I am a challenge when it comes to how many times I change my mind but they just keep trucking along with me and always keep a smile. Cold and unfriendly. I have gone to Mira Bella for years. The only reason I kept going was I really liked Erin, however she is no longer there. I have to express how cold and unfriendly the place is. The owner has never been friendly. I thought maybe she was shy...but if I owned a business I would be welcoming to customers when they walked in the door. She never offered coffee or water, barely an acknowledgement. Maybe if she reads this she will treat the clients as though they are important. I have spent way too much money there for years and still you'd think I was a stranger. Well, I will be from now on as I will not return.
