I have not been to this Panera. I have only been to the one at Polaris a couple of times. I can get a fresh sandwich anywhere. I have only tried two of Paneras. The Chicken Salad was bland and I love an Italian but this just did not do it for me. Is the special sauce mayonaise? I was definitely not impressed. A friend ordered a half sandwich and soup and complained about the small size of the sandwich. In all fairness it is a half sandwich, but his did not speak well to a meal that was over $6.50 I do like the coffees. The ambience was nice but there were several dirty tables and a lot of crumbs and litter on the floor. The counter help, as I remember were pretty nice. I do like the breads and have ordered them for groups and parties in the past but you better order in advance because the breads are par baked in a commissary somewhere and only finished off here. So if you need several loaves of a particular bread you may need to give more that 2 days notice. I thought this was fresh baked bread? There is actually a nice bakery in Westerville that bakes fresh, one day notice is fine, and they actually open at 2 in the morning. Think it's Schneiders or Snyders.

Pros: Coffees, ambience. The counter staff was friendly.

Cons: The sandwiches just did not stack up. And when did fresh baked begin to mean commissary?

I love Panera Bread but this location is consistently awful. We have visited 4 times, and on each occasion they have run out of something we wanted to order, and that includes the bread bowls. How can that be?? The news is delivered with a shrug and no apology. The food they do offer, however, is fresh and tasty. Just be prepared to dine on your second or third choice...

Pros: Parking/location., Quality food.

Cons: Poor service.
