This "person"...Dan Seacrest....is a professional rip-off artist!!!!! Will take your down payment and run. If he does start a project for you you will be lucky if he completes it! And if he does complete it then he will not pay the subcontractors which will lead to the subcontractors putting a lein on your house. I should know....Iam a subcontractor.
