Tryed 'em all, never had better! The Best, Guaranteed!

So, I used to clean carpet when I was younger, so I know a thing or two about it. But, that doesn't mean I know everything about it! I have tried many other companys in the past and have never been as satisfied as I was with Columbus Pro Dry. You talk about extremely informed, extremely price conscious, as well as total promptness and professionalism. They're great! Although they are not the cheapest company I have ever tried, what I've found is in the past, when I shop only by price, I get what I pay for. I had 5 areas done by Columbus Pro Dry and it took them about an hour to clean, not to mention some of it was dry before they left and they told me it should be dry within 2-3 hours. WRONG!!! It took about 35-45 minutes for the rest of the carpet (all that was left) to be completely dry! Amazing.

• Pros: Honesty, Quality, Cleanliness, Promptness, Apperance, Integrity, Truly family owned and operated! Price as quoted with no sales tactics!
• Cons: Maybe next time? I doubt it though!
