Stay away from this place at all cost. got a motherboard from them , i have been in the IT filed for over 15yrs by far the worst computer store ever! long story short got the mother board from them did not work took it back, said that i had to wait 2 weeks to get a refund! What???? they didn't wait 2 weeks to get paid for the board and on top of that they charged me 15% to take the board back, board was not even touched, looked at the socket and knew processor would not fit. put this place out of business!

Pros: none

Cons: Not real computer people

I needed a new video card. They sell me the most expensive one. It turns out not to be compatible. I return to the store. They convince me to buy the power supply needed to run the more expensive video card. The power supply turns out not to be compatible either. I return all of the items exactly as I purchased them. I demanded the video card that turned out to be $40 less than I should have spent in the first place. The clerk refused to give me a refund, but gave me store credit instead. I have yet to be back.

Pros: Easy location

Cons: Scam Artists

As the other customer stated, avoid this company at all costs. I was one of the customers that fell victim to the Microsoft "legal action." In the end, I had to spend a lot more money just to make the copy of Windows they installed on my computer (which they never gave me a sticker or a CD for) genuine. When I mentioned the company name to the Microsoft representative, they looked it up. There it was. Blocked VLK. Rep sounded quite upset (as was I) that yet another customer was taken advantage of, and when I called CCW, the guy just said "Oh, we'd never do that to any customer," and "Krazy" Kenny never returned any phone calls.

Pros: Near a busy area/easy to find

Cons: Everything else.

Not a trustworthy company. I purchased a 550 watt powersupply, Okia brand, from CCW for 48.00 after tax. About two weeks later it went bad. Apon returning the powersupply, Crazy Kenny tried to tell me that I switched out the power supply and attempted to return a bad one. He gave me my money back anyway in the form of a check two months after I returned the item. Come to find out the same power supply sells elsewhere for 9-15$. I got ripped off. This is also the company that got sued by Microsoft for copyright infringement. Avoid them.

Pros: Convient location

Cons: Shadey Business
