Food good, service OK
by eddie5150 at Citysearch
First timers...Arrived on time for reservation and seated promptly. We were waited on quickly and the food served nicely. We did not see anything wrong at all, other than the decibel level was way too loud. We enjoy talking during our meal, not using sign language. We stayed longer than other tables, so after everyone left it was very enjoyable. We will go back, but not on a weekend nite.
- Pros: Easy parking, food prepared well
- Cons: Too noisy during busy times
Bad service, very inconsistant food

Finally, I give up on this restaurant. After a couple good lunches here, it's been nothing but bad food and indifferent to horrible service (I once waited eight minutes, no one approached my table at all, and there were only ten other tables seated and nine servers that I saw including the one who was reading a magazine). I once convinced a friend to give it another try only to have our entrees come out cold. We sent them back, they returned (the crab cakes...the same ones we sent back) lukewarm. I sent mine back again. Don't bother with the lobster bisque; it tastes canned, as if it is flavored with nothing but lobster base. The 'horseradish' salad dressing on the steak salad sounds good, but has no flavor, even if you get it on the side and taste it on a fork! Today, I was pleased to see the flatbread brought to the table. It is usually one of the best things they make, though they are often out of it. Unfortunately, this time it was very, very stale. The other bread they serve tastes as if it came in frozen and was warmed up, not worth eating. If you can get them to serve it hot, the crab cake and sweet potato fries is very good, but only rarely is it well prepared. I ordered a chopped salad and steak sandwich. The salad came quickly but had almost no dressing, unfortunately no one bothered to ask me if it was alright until my server showed up again with my sandwich. This is just the last in a long line of bad experiences. This used to be a very good chain, I try to support local businesses (with the exception of Cameron Mitchell restaurants), but this is beyond the pale. Yes, it's convenient, yes it's pretty and has reasonably good iced tea, but no, I won't go back, and cannot suggest anyone else does, either.
- Pros: Great location for shopping, pretty restaurant
- Cons: Inconsistant food, bad service

American cuisine served in an upscale bistro setting, including terrace dining, rooms for private parties and brunch.
Great Service, Great Food
by phanoian at Citysearch
We had a great meal! We asked to split a meal between us and they did not flinch and the food was presented and prepared perfectly. We even split a desert which was to die for. Our waitress was excellent and the ambience was great also. The only problem we had was finding the place. We were from out of town and the location and map did not say or show that the restaurant was attached to the shopping mall and there were a number of other restaurants all around that area. But we were determined to find and were sure glad that we did.
Nice place for Drinks and Dinner

Lindey's is exceptional well placed in the Polaris Mall. You will be suprised with some of the knowledgable servers and various wait staff. The wife and I both had fish and it was delightful. Also on Thursday's at least when we wnet last they had specials on Martini's which are pretty good! I reccommend Lindey's to anyone wanting a nice evening and good dining
- Pros: Nice , Clean, Knowlegdable Staff
- Cons: In Polaris Mall
Nice place for a casual dinner
by ericmassie at Citysearch
We have been several times, some for lunch, several for dinner. We even have been twice with our family, 8 of us, and the food has always gone over very well. The rack of lamb is highly recommended, as is the crabcake salad.
- Pros: Food quality, value, ambience

I had excellent service here until the computers went down right before we asked for our bill. Our waitress(we heard form rummors as we WAITED) was the only person in the entire restaurant who knew how to fix the problem!? So, we sat there waiting for our bill ofr 45 minutes. In that time, the manager did not come out ONCE, the wait staff did not send anyone over to get us more drinks, nothing! In fact, we should have just left! Finally, the other couple we were with left and we stayed-waitning in the BAR by now, and asking anyone we could get our hands on to help us. Finally, exaclty one hour later the waitress comes out with our bill. Not until we requested did we finally see the manger, talk about service gone wrong. I left there with a headache and a bad memory!
- Pros: Food, was OK, No wait to be seated
- Cons: Service was horrible, waited for bill
