As we arrived at the gate in our flight that was 2 hrs late, our driver was awaiting us @ the security gate as promised. We proceeded to the bagage claim where our driver was more than anxious to help us with our baggage. Getting us home faster than if we had parked our car and shuttled to the lot.
Pros: convenient, answered phone, helpful
