I scheduled an appointment with Luci. The front desk staff was a little snobby with me, they were not the friendliest. I was supposed to go in at 1:15pm but she wasn't able to cut my hair until about a half hour later. Then, she washed and cut my hair. She was nice enough, but then she left me under a hair dryer for OVER AN HOUR!! There is no reason to have a machine dry my hair for that long and I have never had that done by anyone ever before. She left me sitting there for that long- then brought me back to her station to ask how I liked my cut. She didn't even style it! She was obviously over booked or didn't care about me. Definitely horrible service.

Pros: Nice looking salon, clean

Cons: Snobby, didn't care, late

They opened a new salon in Grove City a few months ago and I went to a male stylist - I believe his name was Ron (?) Anyway, the color turned out pretty good, but I hated the haircut. I took a picture and was very specific on the best way to cut my hair. He said that he could achieve the look by doing it another way. It didn't resemble the picture at all and was a really sloppy, shabby haircut. AND, it was really expensive, too. Never again.

I haven't felt comfortable with a stylist in who knows when to the point to where I could walk in sit down with relieg and ease and say do what ever you want. I have yet to experience a poor cut or color job by my stylist! Not only was my stylist wonderful but those doing all other contributeing parts were just as wonderful and nice. I didnt feel as if I were another tip or method of payment. I also have never experienced such rich and long lasting color in my hair! I favor the red and deep burgandy colors for hightlights and all over color. I continure to get complaments on the color and cut. My color has lasted well and not yet faded as do some others after a few washes. I will recomend all to this salon and location!!!

I found Kenneth's while living in Columbus for about 2 years. I got the best haircut of my life from a stylist named Linde and continued to enjoy a great haircut each time I went back to her (which was probably about a year). She was pleasant and professional and her cuts were perfect for me. I also had my eyebrows shaped there once, and although I do not remember who shaped them for me, they were also excellent and perfect for my face. Since moving to Rochester, NY about one and a half years ago, I have been cycling through stylists and salons, trying to find one that matches Kenneth's. I am still looking!

Pros: Excellent Service, Reasonably Priced, Good Parking

Cons: Can't Think of Any

I recently got my hair cut at the Kenneth's in Dublin by Tyson. He did a great job, explained everything that he was doing, and showed me how to fix it on my own to make it look like he did. He also showed me several products that I could use on it but did not pressure me into buying any. It was a great experience and Tyson was the most personable stylist I've ever had cut my hair, not to mention he is very cute! Everyone loved my new cut. I would definately recommend Kenneths, especially Tyson, to anyone wanting a great cut in a nice atmosphere.

Pros: personable stylists, great products

Kenneths promotes itself as the premier spa; this has not been my experience. My first was for an eyebrow waxing, by a young lady just out of school who wielded the wax with a heavy hand. I barely made it out with eyebrows at all. What little I did have was uneven. After I complained there was no apology by her or management. Just the excuses that she was newer and misunderstood my request. When I received a gift certificate for Christmas I went in for a trim. How bad could it be? I now know. Between working on two other ladies I received a half haircut and the Styles Director didnt bother to dry and style my hair before proclaiming the job done. I would rate Kenneths an overpriced Saturdays with none of the pampering you expect in a Spa Salon.

STAY AWAY! I made an appointment for cut and color. I had a newbie that took twenty minutes to decide on what color to use and then left it on way too long because he was cutting someone elses hair and had to use toner (which has never been needed before). It took him over four hours to ruin my hair and then told me I had to reschedule my cut because he had another appointment. I left with my hair as wet as could be and when it dried- it was the worst color ever and totally fried. I had to take a day off work to come in and get it fixed by a color expert and it took another four hours and had to cut off four inches of damage! I still had to pay (even extra for the toner-his mistake) and didn't even get an apology!

Cons: inexperienced staff, poor customer service, unsanitary conditions

Kenneth's is Great! I went somewhere else in Dayton and not Good. Very professional, relaxing and a must! The microdermabrasion service is excellent, you see the results and the staff is well prepared and advises you on the in between treatments. Most treatments are a series of 4-10 at $100 each. That's the going rate, but Kenneth's is worth every penny.

Pros: professional, clean, relaxing

Cons: none
