I have dined here 10 times....each experience gets worse and worse thanks to the service. Food is excellent each time. Service has gotten worse each time. This last visit, on a Thursday night was the worst I've experienced in 2 years. Three of us sat down at 730 on the patio, we had a spinach appetizer, 2 pasta dinners and a chicken on the bricks, coffee, and desert and we still got out of there in 2 hours and 45 minutes. Our server had 3 tables, with us being the 1st, and all 3 tables (with groups of 5, 8, and 4) were seated after us, and left before us. Each time our server came by, she apologized for how long things took.....yet everyone around us got their food and drinks (1 person had 2 glasses of wine in our group, i had water) before us and left before us. I will not return to Brio again for dinner and certainly not to the server who waited on us.
Pros: food always well prepared
Cons: service, excuses, price
