The professionals are very knowledgeable and can be very helpful, however confidentiality is an issue, scheduling, contacting staff and general information sharing is difficult as well as obtaining medical records if you decide- There is a real individualistic client focus I would say rather than a family approach to issues- Do the parents or the professionals know best- an age old question
Pros: trying to be innovative, rapport with kids, parents have time together
Cons: treatment plan?, confidentiality, communication, controlling
