Must not have been in the same store. No greeting (or offer to assist); Vera Bradley, which is my fav, was a mess... Other products seemed sparse. Wouldn't recommend nor would I return.

Wish I lived Closer to this gem. I live across town from this wonderful little shop but when I am headed their direction I don't miss an opportunity to stop by. The service and selection are both outstanding. My husband and I are impressed with their selection of Snow Village collectables along with the myriad of other lines to choose from. I am never disappointed or come away empty handed. On more than one occasion Franny herself has tracked down a particular item of interest to me. She even delivered one item personally when she was on my side of town. Are you kidding me, who else gives service like that these days!!! Franny and the shop are both gems!

Gifts Galore!!. I am a frequent customer at Franny's, and have always been able to find wonderful gifts. They have a fabulous selection of Vera Bradley, plus beautiful jewelry and other fun gifts. I always leave with something!

When I was in Columbus,I heard alot of good things about Franny's so I went. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to buy many awesome birthday, graduation gifts and a beautiful Vera Bradley bag for myself. The variety of cards and gifts were over-whelming,but with the help of the very knowlegeable

staff helping me, I had no problem. My experience was wonderful and I will return. I will tell my friends about it too!!!!!!! Alice

Great Gifts & Cards. I thought Franny's was closed until I took a second look and discovered the store moved next to Borders Books about 100 yards from the old store. New store has a brighter appearance, same large selection of gifts and cards, and same helpful friendly staff. A place to stop and shop for that special gift for that special someone. Guys, Franny's has a fine selection of Vera Bradley for that special gal in your life. For that special occasion or that holiday gift, Franny's once again is on my list of places to shop.

terrible customer service. I have shopped at Franny's for more than a decade, in spite of generally indifferent customer service and average card selection, because they do have very nice gifts. My daughter was treated very shabbily there recently when she tried to purchase helium balloons. I will not be returning.
