Poor customer service. Very poor customer service When you call you can't get a supervisor you keep getting tranferred and no one can answer your questions. I even got hung up on. We have had an ongoing issue since March 31, 2011 and were told the problem would be fixed my April 11, 2011 and still havn't heard anything. They totally messed up my refiance and I am getting late fees for there mistake.
