Restaurant prepares steak, chicken, seafood and vegetables at guests' tables and chefs offer entertainment. A kid's menu is available.

Great show, great dining experience

at the same time the chefs skillfully prepare your food they make a make a spectacular and entertining show of it. It is one of the neater things about the japanese and their love of cooking that intrigues me

Pros: good cuisine, good location, warm atmosphere
Cons: long waits, even with at times even with reservation

Bad Service Rude Managers

Genji's is a fine place if you never have a problem with service or food. "The customer is always right" does NOT exist at Genji's. Anytime there is a problem you're just screwed the managers argue with you about your experience and the staff just blames the managers. I would NOT recommend Genji's they're over priced anyway and there are a ton of other "Japanese Steak Houses" in Columbus that serve the EXACT same thing. Genji's is too full of themselves they think they can treat their customers any kind of way and get away with it lets send a message to them that they need to respect the customer and realize we keep them in business!

GREAT PLACE TO EAT!!

The show the chef's give is wonderful. I told my podiatrist about The Genji and they loved it so much that they are now regulars. His kids as well well as do mine think it's a great place to eat. Great food and great surroundings. However if you want to cut the wait down make sure to make a reservation.
