The place for layers. If you have been going everywhere trying to get those perfect layers, look no further. I shouldn't share this, because it's already hard enough to get an appt. with Connie, but I'm feeling generous today. lol She is also great at color. She has a knack for knowing just what shade will work best with your skin tone. People always ask who does my hair.
