OMG!! Beauty at Hand is Horrible!!

OMG!!!! Horrible! Lisa cut me, there was a blow up bed in the back and men coming in and out of the back of the salon. I had to wait 20 mins while Lisa said, " I will be right with you and took some guy to the back and returned 20 mins later. I witnessed two people use the same tanning bed and Lisa did not clean it in between. My nails lifted in 3 days, I will never go back.

Excellent service! Highly recommend there pedicure services. Got a full set of acrylics and they are so natural looking! First salon I have been to that made them thin and NOT bulky. LOVE IT!

There was a nice older gentlemen who worked there who provided excellent service, going beyond the call of duty. Now there's some young guy in there who does shabby work and then has the nerve to argue with the customer about it. I wish I knew where the old guy went because I won't be going back to Beauty at Hand anymore.
