Columbu's Best Spanish Food. very nice venue, elegant and not overwhelming like many fancy restaurant. Spain Restaurant is perfect for special ocassions , I went there for my anniversary with my husband and we both enjoyed it so much that we go eat there frequently.

I recommend the seafood mariscada its delicious!

love at first taste!. I wasn't sure of trying this new restaurant, but when I finally decided to go and try it I fell in love with everything Spain Restaurant has to offer.

As soon as you arrive your greeted and attended with very supportive staff. The restaurant itself is beatiful and very private and comfortable.

The food... mmm thinking about such tasty food makes me hungry... its a great place to visit and you cannot miss out of this experience!

A great birthday dinner. This is the third iteration. After a run on Sullivant Avenue then in the hotel on 161,things went from very good to even better. The calamari was done perfectly, not raw, not rubbery. Mussels in a spicy red sauce were very tasty. I had the sirloin done medium, as always it was one of the best stake values in the city. very disappointed.... I love spanish (Spain) food... .

But, I"m very disappointed with this restaurant, the service is juvenil, and the food is not so good, overpriced and overrated.

we tried 5 different dishes from the menu... and only one was OK. So if you want to try authentic Spain food ...? trust me, this is NOT the place. If you want a waste your money this is the place, because some people just learn by experience.

I think the ones giving good rating to this restaurant are either the owners or they never had food from Spain before.

Bad food. Horrible service !. Menu very overpriced - and they charge a $6.95 fee for sharing dishes! The food was all around bad. My daughter had breaded fish from the kids menu and the breading was doughy. My husband's shrimp was rubbery. The cream of shrimp soup was not creamy but rather milky water and cold. My paella rice was dry and tasted like instant. The waiter never came back to fill our water or check on us after we got our meals. We had to go to the bar and ask for our check. Overall very disappointing and not authentic at all. Don't waste your $.

Amazing restaurant!!!. I have been going to this restaurant for years. They have amazing food and a great selection of food. They tend to carry the normals of steaks and seafoods however they are known to throw in an exotic every once in a while as a special. When I had my rehearsal dinner for a wedding there, they offered a goat meal that to me seemed like a different choice but it was excellent. I highly recommend the Bistec de Lomo. I also recommend thier Salsa Verde. You may think it could be a little sticker shock for the price on some things but the portions are huge and the service is amazing.

Pleasantly Surprised!. We really like this restaurant. You get complimentary bread and the house soup, and the dinner plates are covered generously with food! Food is very reasonably priced ($12-$20). Most of the staff are Mexican, so occasionally there is a gap in communication (e.g., busboys), but they all wear tuxedos, which makes dinner feel extra special...even if you are wearing jeans. :) It is somewhat of a romantic setting even though it's in a mid-grade hotel. Not too hard to find if you follow the signs.
