Very impressed by the service provided by Sears. I lived in a loft in downtown Columbus where the previous tenants had wrecked the carpets. I was concerned that because I was on the 8th floor I wouldn't be unable to have them professionally cleaned. Fortunately Sears has a portable steam cleaning system that is just as powerful and effective as if the hose& wand were hooked up to the truck. In addition, the apartment association (where I was living) contracted Sears to clean out the air duct systems making the air quality noticably better! If you live in an apartment, condo or house- this is essential at least once a year! You WILL notice a difference!
