Nice Hotel, bad neighborhood.
Hotel was very clean, updated, GREAT restaurant downstairs... HOWEVER, it is in a very bad area. After spending several nights there, our truck got broken into. The hotel staff did send someone out with a shopvac to help clean the glass out of our truck and are helping to get refunded from the travel agency that we booked through. I would love to recommend this hotel b/c of the cleanliness and professionalism upheld by the staff but it's a gamble on the neighborhood.
the mattress in our room was the best mattess i have ever slept on! my husband had a broken back and he experienced NO back pain whatsoever! this hotel will be our hitching post whenever we are in Columbus from no on
