unfriendly and unaccomodating. Spend a few extra buck and stay at the Clarion down the road. The room was not very clean and I was given keys to another guest's room at first after having to wait an hour past normal check-in time. I was even charged the incidental fee because two pillows were supposedly taken from our room. When I explained to the manager over the phone that there were only two pillows to begin with she said there was nothing she could do because housekeeping does an inventory after every guest leaves. I asked what the chances were that it could have been overlooked considering they were running behind the day we checked-in and that was the reason we waited an hour. She again said there was nothing she could do and hung up. It's a shame Wyndham would attach their name to such a shady establishment.
