We had a big international event that was coming up and got into a pinch for some supplies for it. Office Max PROMISED us they would deliever them the next day. The following day came, and they still did not deliver. They told us they would come the day after that. Guess what? No supplies came! When they finally had our supplies ready, the 3-day event was already over. Great office stuff, but what good is it if you never get it when you need it?

Cons: Not Timely, Not Very Helpful, Uninformed Reps
