I was desperately searching for someone that could evaluate the problem that I was having with my computer, without charging me an outrageous amount of money. All I wanted was for someone to LOOK at it and offer their suggestions. Finally, I broke down and called PC Repair Co., even though I had never heard of them before. Jimmy answered the phone and was VERY nice and helpful. I immediately took my computer to his shop. He took time right then to help me with my problem and did not make me feel like an idiot when he plugged in my computer and it had somehow fixed itself between leaving the house and arriving at the shop!! Rather, he explained what the problem could have been and made me aware of how to remedy it myself if I had trouble in the future. He also offered suggestions on how to make my computer run faster and what type of spyware and such would be in my best interest. Jimmy did all of this for literally 1/2 of what other, big name, places were charging just to "evaluate the problem". The shop is not much to look at, but the service and value are far above and beyond anything that I expected or would have received anywhere else. Jimmy at PC Repair Co. is honest and sincere, and has earned a loyal customer in me. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone with a PC issue.
