Been here 4 years and I love it.

Got accepted really late to OSU, so I was desperate to find a place. After living with my brother for a couple of months, I got my own apartment. My parents wanted me to live with my brother, but I wanted my own apartment for grad school. They have the best of both worlds! We both have our own apartment here. You get a lot for the money and the office ladies are wonderful. Never had a single problem was not taken care of quickly. Also love the people that live here. My best friend moved down the hall from me and I got $100 check.

• Pros: My brother lives here. Very safe neighborhood. Quiet area.
• Cons: Can't walk to campus. Research schedule too late for bus.

Not a bad place to live. Appliances are older. Renter's insurance is recommended.
