One of the worst restaurants.... This is one of the worst restaurant I have ever been. Needless to say the food is horrible - I ordered the Bocconcini as an appetizer (basically it's a ball of cream cheese wrapped in a thin slice of raw salmon) and it just tasted mediocre if not less. Food presentation is just as lousy as well. It is not even appealing never mind appetizing. It just can't compare to another Italian restaurant like Olive Garden. Menu choices seems like a variety but if you look carefully there is a serious lack of originality and creativity. One of my friends ordered Calamari Linguini and guess what...it's that, literally (linguini topped with some calamari and smothered with lots of marinara sauce). It tasted sour!

Non-smokers Beware. My husband and I tried Da Vinci for our third wedding anniversary. Not only was the food awful, but the atmosphere was the worst. I am four months pregnant, and always request to be seated in the non-smoking section in order to protect my unborn child. We were seated in non-smoking, but the first thing I noticed was the horrible stench of cigarette smoke. My husband confirmed with the waitress that we were indeed in the right section. There were no other available tables, so she responded by telling me there was nothing she could do. It seems to me that the customers who chose to light up two tables away from us should have been asked to extinguish their cigarettes. As far as the food, my lasagna tasted like Chef Boyardee Ravioli, my husband's steak was improperly prepared, and the bread could have easily doubled as hockey pucks.

Not worth its namesake. With high expectations, I took a group to Da Vinci's after viewing the promising exterior and the enticing website. However, the food was incredibly bland, and everybody in my party agreed that the meals (we all ordered something different) resembled something out of a Stouffer's box! I was very disappointed. I'd like to think that perhaps they were having a bad cooking night, but I don't want to risk returning to find out--the experience was that unsatisfactory.

Did everyone go to the same restaurant??. I only go for lunch, but what they serve is delicious. Their chicken parm is wonderful, as is the tortellini alla salsa rosa. Salads are good and the bread is awesome. My only complaint is that the butter they serve with the bread is cold and doesn't spread. Bugs me every time. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for good Italian food.

So So. I visited this restaurant twice and was disappointed both times. The food tastes mass produced, sauce from a can, it all tastes the same, just different shaped noodles. Save you money and try some of the better Italian restaurants in town.
