User review by miyoung. I think the other review was confused as to what they meant by "special" dumplings. Spring of China makes all of their dumplings or "potstickers" to some by hand in the restaurant. They are quite possibly the most delicious dumplings I have had in Columbus. All of their dumpling or steam bun appetizers are rather large and definately intended for sharing. Every time I have been there the service has been just fine. I have pretty much only seen other asian people in the restaurant which shows that they serve authentic food. Because of this most of the servers are accustomed to serving asian people who are used to a different serving style that westerners. I ALWAYS get the dumplings every time I go and they are consistantly excellent.

Very unhappy experience.. My husband and me went to Spring of China to celebration my birthday. Heard they have special dumpling. The waitress is very grumpy and rude. She never come to us and add water during our diner. feels like we owe her big bucks. I asked about if they have special dumpling, she pointed to the the appetizer,said there. Since I didn't get how "special" the dumplings are. So we didn't order dumpling instead some ordinary dishes. Then she mess up our order, we ordered string bean with pork, there's no pork! she said "ok" instead of "sorry"! Just take the wrong unfinished dish back, 3 min later, she took it back and obviously they added pork into the overcooked string bean.The total experience there is a mess!It ruined my birthday. But we still gave her 20% tip to be nice. We will never go to the place again!
