Awful Service. This place is seriously awful lately. It's no wonder everyone talks poorly about this place. Shame, since they used to be so awesome. We miss Tiffany! And David! And Crystal! And Lexx! The new staff is rude and pretty clueless.

Great place for piercing and/or jewelry!. The staff were very knowledgeable, and very willing to answer my questions. No reused needles! They gave an honest opinion about the type of piercing I wanted and whether it would have been a good fit for my ear. I ended up getting a conch and it hurt a little during the needle insertion but none afterward at all!

best piercing studio. I have gotten 6 piercings here and my boyfriend has gotten 4. Our third time in they knew us by name, everyone there is very friendly and can answer any question you might have. The store is very clean, sanitary, and they take the business seriously. The jewlery selection is great. Definetly go here and no where else!!!

mean people work here. I went with my girlfriend to get her nose pierced here, and they were nothing short of rude. Customer service was bottom rung, and we ended up walking out on them. Elitist attitudes and being short with customers is an easy way to lose business. And to top it off, they moved and are not real easy to find.
